Partnership agreements are used to outline the expectations and agreements before going forward with a relationship. Not all relationships will need a partnership agreement, but we strongly recommend that all partnerships have expectations, goals, and timelines outlined in writing. Some partnerships may require a contract or a more formal agreement.
Students retain the ownership of works that they create, unless otherwise noted. This document outlines the circumstances and specific, limited ways in which a partner may use the works received following this partnership.
