If you have any questions about the process or nature of our schema design service, feel free to contact us

How the process works:

Meeting to discuss your design

To begin the process, submit a schema request using our simple online form.An illustrator will contact you to set up a Zoom meeting (due to COVID-19 all meetings will be held on Zoom until further notice).

  • We ask that you complete slides 2-4 of our Client Resources and Feedback File and upload them during the submission process. This will provide our designers with one or more rough sketches of your desired design as well as any specific requirements for the piece.
  • During the meeting, you and our designers will work through our client contract to discuss your design and the message you aim to convey.

Schema mock-up

The illustrator will generate a vector graphic image based off of your consultation. You will receive a draft image via email, at which point any major structural or content changes can be discussed with the illustrator. Following your input, the illustrator will generate a completed graphic.

Minor revisions and finalized image

At this stage, any additional changes such as coloration, minor positioning, text, and formatting will be communicated via email to your illustrator. In order to make sure your schema is generated in a timely fashion, no major edits will be accepted in this phase.

Notes: Final documents will be provided in a variety of digital formats as well as original artwork (Adobe Illustrator or SVG) files.
