SPINNING DISK CONFOCAL/COLIBRI 7
The Spinning Disk Confocal  platform has extensive functionality for fast acquisition ranging from two-color live imaging to four-color tiling and multi-position capabilities. Some of the features of the system include the following:
·Spinning Disk Confocal for live imaging of up to 30 frames/second with 488 and 561nm laser lines.
·CO2 chamber with temperature control.
·Time Lapse image acquisition of live samples.
·Z-Sectioning of biospecimens for Orthogonal analysis and generation of Projections.
·Total Internal Reflective Fluorescence (TIRF) with 488nm laser.
·COLIBRI 7 with fast LED illumination at four excitation wavelengths.
·Motorized Stage in X, Y, and Z.
·Tiling and Multi-position capabilities for analysis of tissue sections, slides, and multi-well plates.
