The Zeiss LSM 880 Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope with Airyscan has a wealth of general functions for confocal image acquisition and analysis.  In addition, the system is equipped with a heated stage for live analysis.
Some of the features of this system include the following:

·Colocalization of fluorescently-tagged components.
·Fluorescence Intensity Measurements of any given region of interest or profile.
·Z-Sectioning of biospecimens for Orthogonal analysis and generation of Projections.
·Time Lapse image acquisition of live samples.
·Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) analysis of protein-protein interaction.
·Emission Fingerprinting for separation of overlapping emission spectra.
