The Center for Human Rights, Gender and Migration is one of the Centers sponsored by the Washington University Institute for Public Health. The Center publishes a monthly Spotlight Series where you can meet Washington University faculty and students, as well as outside experts, practitioners, and policymakers working at the intersection of human rights, gender, and migration issues. The Center manager recently had a conversation with Dr. Rumi Kato Price about a range of topics, including her initial interest in human trafficking research, myth and misconception, connection between research and policy and practice, and the need to start working on supply chain policy and monitoring.
