Tonny Nyandwaro, MSc, BSc

Tonny Teya is a research scientist at the KEMRI Centre for Microbiology Research. He is a
doctoral candidate at KEMRI graduate school, studying medical parasitology and
entomology at this time. He has received a research grant from the same body. Tonny is interested in NTDs and infectious disease research, and he is currently working on a study that explores the financial impact of cystic echinococcosis in humans and animals. He enjoys learning computer programming, exercising, and engaging in outdoor hikes in his leisure time.
