Angela Tembo is social scientist at Wits Ezintsha, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg where she is Director of Pharmacy Health and co-PI. Her studies look at enhancing pharmacy delivery of HIV prevention services, including new products such as the dapivirine ring and long-acting cabotegravir. She has experience managing PEPFAR, Unitaid and Gates funded HIV prevention and treatment programs including the DREAMS, Self-Testing Africa (STAR), Treatment Optimization and PrEP projects.
