Tracey Hermanstyne

Postdoctoral Fellow

Tracy is now an instructor in the Department of Medicine and Developmental Biology and Co-Director of the Initiative to Maximize Student Diversity at WUSM. You can find more information on her page. She joined the Herzog lab as a Postdoctoral Fellow in April 2012. She received a B.S. in Biology from Howard University and PhD in Neuroscience from University of Maryland, Baltimore.  Her research in the Herzog lab aimed to elucidate the ionic currents that modulate excitability of suprachiasmatic nucleus neurons throughout the day.
