Christopher Sohn is a Bioinformatics Research Analyst in our lab at Washington University in St. Louis. He graduated from Lehigh University with a BA in Molecular Biology and Minor in Computer Science and has a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Johns Hopkins University.
Chris has expertise in data analysis and statistical interpretation in R and has experience in implementing bioinformatics pipelines for RNAseq data analysis.
Outside of research interests, Chris enjoys watching hockey, football, and baseball.
