Brenna is a Bioinformatics Research Analyst in the lab. Since joining in 2020, her work has focused on leveraging metabolomics and single nucleus RNA sequencing data to study changes in the Alzheimer disease brain. Brenna has also developed and implemented data browsers for the lab’s multi-omic and snRNA-seq data. She received her B.S. in Genomics and Molecular Genetics from Michigan State University and her M.S. in Bioinformatics from Grand Valley State University. In her free time she enjoys crafts, cycling, and taking care of her dog and geckos.
