How was everyone’s summer? Hope you are all having a great start to the new school year! We are the Grad Nature Trippers, an outdoor club with the mission to “provide all levels of outdoor enthusiasts the opportunity to meet and pool their combined knowledge, experience, and camaraderie for everyone to enjoy”.
For the new semester, we’re planning a series of events in the great outdoors and some social outings. Please help us by giving your input in our events survey. This will help us to get an idea of what you want to get out of your membership in the club. We also have good news for your fellow climbers: we have negotiated a pre-paid student membership starting at $55 per month at Climb So Ill. Sign up for climbing membership here and we will follow up with the details.
Mark your calendar for the following activities:
- Our first General Body Meeting will be on 9/15 5-6pm at Room 402, Farrell Learning and Teaching Center, 520 S Euclid Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110 also available on zoom, where we will introduce the club and past activities as well as discussing plans for the coming semester. We’ll have free pizza provided as well.
- We will also have a Bonfire night at Big Muddy Adventures, 4662 Washington Ave, St. Louis, MO 63108 (Dates TBD). Stay tuned!
- We plan to explore the forest park on the water (this Saturday 9/2) (Details and RSVP here).
