In order to meet the healthcare needs of the growing older adult population we need gerontology and geriatric educators in academic settings to introduce aging studies to students and recruit them to the field as future clinicians, educators, and scholars. This webinar provided instruction in specific educational skills and a forum to discuss career experiences in different academic tracks. This webinar occurred monthly from September 2017 to May 2018.
