Healthcare workers are:

Participants will be compensated for their participation in the program.

Components of the Program

G2W involves two key ways to connect HCWs to the resources most relevant to their needs:

A digital, survey-based referral platform that connects participants to confidential, personalized resources.

A trained mental health navigator to provide problem-solving and live support to help you connect to services and resources.

G2W is funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and is a collaboration between the Healthy Mind Lab, the Washington University Health and Wellness Center in the Department of Psychiatry and the Healthy Work Center in the Department of Internal Medicine.
