  • Sept 2023: Yichao’s paper on PPTP-seq was published in Nature Communications. In this work, we developed a high throughput systems biology method that allowed us to reveal >200,000 promoter responses to regulator perturbations in a single experiment. Congratulations, Yichao!   • April 2023: Jingyao’s paper on bi-terminally fused spider silk was published in Nature Communications. In this work, we created an engineering strategy for silk proteins that can be produced in bacteria at 8 g/L while their fibers are as strong as nylon. Congratulations, Jingyao!

  • Jul 2019: Our lab welcomes 6 selected high school students from the Greater St. Louis metro area this summer!
