After the board came back from ExpressPCB, we did a preliminary electrical continuity test to make sure that there were no serious shorts (e.g. power to ground). After determining that the connections were good, we began soldering the top side components using Dr. Richard’s reflow oven. After 15-20 hours of soldering, continuity testing, and clearing shorts, the board was built.
