Move-In

Move-in for all exchange students is Wednesday, January 10, 2024. Students living in Residential Life housing must arrive to campus between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Students living in Residential Life-managed housing will be assigned a move-in time between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM when your housing assignment is released in December 2023. The spring 2024 housing application will go live on November 1, 2023 on the Residential Life website.

The Office for International Students Engagement (OISE) will offer a free shuttle from St. Louis-Lambert International Airport to campus. All exchange students are required to complete the Spring 2024 Winter Welcome Registration Form and the Spring 2024 Exchange Student Arrival Form so we can plan for your arrival.

On-campus dining options are open until 3:00 PM on January 10. A free hot meal will be served to students on January 10 between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

For more information about move-in, please reference the Residential Life website.

Religious Observances

The Office of Religious, Spiritual, and Ethical Life (ORSEL) offers connections with a wide variety of religious organizations on campus and in the St. Louis area. Please reach out to ORSEL to get connected with campus ministry groups and St. Louis organizations.

It is our goal that students will be able to fully observe their faith, practices, and traditions without missing important information. Students should reach out to their TXSM if they plan on missing an orientation event for a religious observance to ensure the student has access to any information they may miss.

Accommodation Statement

We strive to host inclusive, accessible events. If you have a disability and require accommodations (such as assistive listening device, captioning, large print, reserved front row seat, advanced copy of slides to be projected, etc.) in order to fully participate in Winter Welcome, please contact Student Transitions & Family Programs.
