Premier space events may be cancelled if it is more than two weeks away. Standard spaces may be cancelled any time.
To Cancel
- Log into https://reserve.wustl.edu
- Click on “My Account”
- Select the event you want to cancel
- Click on the “X” next to the event
Events not cancelled will incur all appropriate charges (e.g., space rental, housekeeping, catering and audio visual).
Student Union groups will be subject to cancellation fees reflective of the university administered prices.
