Welcome to the High Performance Computing Laboratory

The Washington University Department of Earth, Environmental & Planetary Sciences maintains a high performance Linux cluster as well as a number of standalone dedicated Linux servers. With over 1,200 total computational cores distributed on several different systems, we are well equipped to provide the ever growing computing needs for our department.

These HPC facilities are open to the faculty, staff and students of our department and other collaborators. Please contact Hugh Chou for more information on using our facility.

Note that Washington University has a much larger HPC resource available for the full university community at the Center for High Performance Computing.
