Call for Papers

We are issuing a call for original research papers authored by current graduate students in all fields of economics.

Selected applicants are expected to present their papers at the 13th Annual Economics Graduate Student Conference at Washington University in St. Louis on October 27th, 2018.

Conference Format

Each presenter will be allotted 20-25 minutes for presentation, immediately followed by 5-10 minutes Q&A.

There will be 3-4 papers per session grouped by topics, and each session will be chaired by a Washington University faculty member.

Submissions for EGSC 2018 are now closed.

Submission Deadline

Papers should be submitted online no later than August 13th, 2018. Only fully or nearly completed papers will be considered. Please make sure to attach a pdf copy of your paper and include an abstract.

Please indicate in which of the following categories your paper broadly belongs. In addition, please be sure to include relevant JEL codes with all submissions.

Notification Deadline

Researchers will be notified via email whether their paper have been accepted latest by September 22, 2018.
