Are there fellowship opportunities?

At this time, we do not offer fellowship opportunities.

What is needed to apply?

A complete application package includes the following documents:

  1. The online application form completed and successfully submitted. The application will ask you: basic demographic questions, information about your current role and research grants, and how the Dissemination and Implementation Science Institute will enhance your current work (200 words max).
  2. Current Biosketch or Curriculum Vitae – Please see NIH Biosketch guidelines.
  3. Research Project summary– Please provide a brief summary of one of your main research interests with the following components:
    • project title
    • specific aims
    • scientific approach
    • a description of the evidence-based intervention of interest, reasons for the implementation gap, type of implementation strategy or approach envisioned (if appropriate), and study design. (max. 500 words).

We recommend completing the documents—Biosketch and Research Project Description—before filling out the application form. Please merge these documents into one PDF, which you will be asked to upload at the end of the application. 

Do I need to complete the application all at once?

You can leave the application and return to it by re-visiting the application link in the same browser. If you have difficulty returning to your application, please contact us at di-institute@wustl.edu. Applications must be completed by July 31, 2024.

How will I pay my registration fee?

Once your application has been reviewed and if you have been accepted into the program, you will receive a notification email with a link to the payment portal. The registration fee of $3,250 is due within ten days of acceptance to confirm your spot in the program.
