We have focused on developing tools across clinical scores, radiological methods and other omics to measure and predict disease progression trajectories and understanding and quantifying bowel damage in IBD. Ongoing interests include investigating radiomics in quantifying disease progression and novel PET tracers combined with MRI of the abdomen in differentiating inflammation from fibrosis.
