JANUARY

  1. Submit FALL course updates to DBBS. Details & deadlines will be sent via email.
  2. All New Course requests must be submitted TWO WEEKS before the course update deadline.
  3. Notify DBBS with any personnel changes (TAs, Instructors, Support Staff, and etc).
  4. Submit all course syllabi to DBBS by the end of the first week of spring semester courses.

MARCH

  1. All course masters will receive an email with a link to update MTE information.
  2. Review and verify MTE information including: Job Descriptions, Course Titles, Course Master, etc).
  3. Specific students can be requested through the portal during confirmation of job description.

APRIL

  • Submit SPRING course updates to DBBS. Details & deadlines will be sent via email.
  • All New Course requests must be submitted TWO WEEKS before the course update deadline.
  • Notify DBBS with any personnel changes (TAs, Instructors, Support Staff, and etc). SIS IDs are required in order to have access to the course.
  • Fiscal Year classroom requests are due to DBBS. Complete and submit this form.
  • Encourage DBBS students to complete online A&S course evaluations. Available via WebStac.

MAY

  • All grades (MTE Evaluations, 590 Research and courses) are due May 10, 2019. Submit E-grades through WebFac.
  • Faculty and Course Masters DO NOT submit MTE grades. DBBS will do this. You will submit MTE evaluations. A link will be sent via email to all MTE course masters with access to complete and submit an evaluation.

JUNE

  • All MTE course masters should reach out and contact student(s) assigned to their courses.

AUGUST

  • Submit all Fall course syllabi to DBBS by the end of the first week of classes.

DECEMBER

  • Encourage DBBS students to complete online A&S course evaluations. Available via WebStac.
