System Functionality


Here you can see how all of the parts of the rover system are integrated.  Visual information is captured by the Raspberry Pi camera and processed by the Raspberry Pi to determine the position of the tennis ball.  Based on this position, the Pi will tell the microcontroller how to actuate the pan/tilt servos and DC motors.  Encoder information is read from the motors to enable valuable feedback for our control algorithm.
