Angela L. Brown, MD

Angela Brown’s primary interest is in the area of hypertension and its relationship to other cardiovascular risk factors and heart function. She studies women’s cardiovascular health, particular the effects of lifestyle modifications.

As co-Director of the Center for Community Health Partnership and Research, Brown manages a team dedicated to developing and nurturing community-academic partnerships, communication and research, and reducing disparities to improve health and wellness.
