President

Oreoluwa Oginni – MPH 2025

Oreoluwa is a proud member of the SCC and has a deep affection for St. Louis. He is grateful for the various opportunities that WashU provides. As the SCC President, he is fully committed to positively impacting every platform and opportunity that comes his way. His goal is to create a more inclusive and enriching educational experience for all students by actively engaging with peers, faculty, and staff. Oreoluwa is a strong advocate for positive change, working alongside others to enhance WashU’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Sarolyn Fox – MSW/MPH 2025

Sarolyn, a Memphis, TN native, is all about education, creativity, and community. As an enthusiastic member of the SCC, she channels her passion into organizing events and fostering connections to enhance the student experience. Beyond SCC, you’ll find Sarolyn sipping coffee in local cafes, enjoying live performances, or collecting stamps in her passport.

Secretary

Skye Andre – MSW 2025

Skye graduated this past May with her Bachelor of Music from Urshan College in Wentzville, MO. During her senior year at UC, she found her passion for advocacy and education and is now pursuing her MSW in Social Impact Leadership at the Brown School. Along with serving as secretary for the SCC, Skye was recently accepted into the Olin- United Ways Board Fellows Program for 2024. When Skye isn’t working on assignments, she channels her inner Michigander by snowboarding and hiking. She also spends her free time singing at her local church, reading, trying coffee shops, and spending time with her closest friends.

Public Relations Chair

Busayo Akinloye – MPH 2025

Busayo is an MPH student specializing in Mental and Behavioral Health. With a background in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Alberta, she hopes to combine her scientific expertise with her passions for public mental health and health communications. On her free time, Busayo enjoys graphic designing and digital illustrating. As the Public Relations Chair for the SCC, she aims to bridge any communication gaps within the Brown School Community, and ultimately create an interactive and unified Brown School family.

MPH Representative

Benny Septer – MPH 2025

Benny is an international student from Kenya. Benny is really enthusiastic about joining the SCC to help bridge the gap between students and faculty. As well as to make sure students feel like they belong to the general WashU community, and that their needs are well met. He is also passionate about athletics and ultimate frisbee.

MSP Representative

Jasdeep Dulay – MPH/MSP 2026

Jasdeep completed her bachelor’s degree in anthropology at UC Santa Barbara, and worked at a non-profit and a local health department before returning to school to pursue her MPH/MSP. In her free time, she likes to get outdoors, try new recipes, stay active, and make new memories with friends! In addition to being on SCC, she is a Graduate Policy Scholar, and looks forward to building community and insight outside of campus during her time in St. Louis.

MSW Representative

Grace Coleman – MSW 2025

Grace (they/she) is a proud St. Louis native, a first year MSW student in the Domestic Social and Economic Development concentration, and a Graduate Policy Scholar at the Clark-Fox Policy Institute. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Webster University in St. Louis. Their professional interests include community development and racial equity, LGBTQIA+ liberation, and broadly work that centers community, connection, and care. Outside of SCC and the Brown School, Grace is an aerial arts coach to children and adults and a totally obsessed cat parent of two.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Representative

Mayah Clayton – MPH 2025

Meet Mayah Clayton, a St. Louis native ready to make an impact in her community! Currently a 1st year at the Brown School, she is pursuing her MPH with a Mental/Behavioral Health specialization. She’s excited to get involved with the SCC to advocate for marginalized students while planning events that foster a sense of community. In addition to the SCC, Mayah is busy creating change in the St. Louis area with her service organization, Make A Mark, where she creates service projects to limit disparities within the Black community. Beyond academia, you’ll find Mayah volunteering with the National Council of Negro Women and co-facilitating the Emerging Changemakers program with Lead STL.

Michael Kudom-Agyemang – MPH 2025

Michael, a Brown School scholar and the International Students’ Representative is driven to amplifying your voices and championing an exceptional WashU journey. Committed to ensuring your needs are not just heard but met, he strives to foster a vibrant community, create diverse opportunities, and celebrate the beautiful diversity among us. He aims to ensure every international student feels valued, heard, and fully supported within our Brown School community! Beyond his role, Michael is an avid explorer, passionate about discovering new places and experiences.

Internal Graduate Professional Council Representative

Raghad Salman – MPH 2025

Raghad is a Sudanese dentist from the University of Khartoum. She has a passion for contributing to the community and aspires to generate evidence that address health inequities related to infectious diseases and mental health. Hence, she is currently a Fulbright scholar pursuing her MPH degree with a concentration in Epidemiology/ Biostatistics. As an active member of the SCC, she loves fostering a sense of community among colleagues and celebrating differences. She is fond of travelling, adventure and connecting with people.
