Body U Teens is a comprehensive, evidence-based program to identify and address eating disorders (ED) in adolescents aged 12-17. Based on decades of research conducted at Stanford University, Palo Alto University, and Washington University in St. Louis, Body U Teens is effective for increasing positive body esteem and reducing disordered eating attitudes and behaviors among adolescents. This program takes into account each teenager’s individual needs to offer tailored prevention, support, and resources to meet them where they’re at.
