Evan – Continued code development and interface with joystick. He managed to create a threshold region that, when exceeded, a digital output signal is sent to illuminate a LED. He also met with Jonah to discuss the source of significant noise of the analog inputs when connected to a breadboard. Due to inclement weather, the meeting was held virtually,  which limited progress to correct this issue. Evan will go into the  Bauer lab early next week for guidance.

A repository was created to store all versions of the .m file used to collect joystick movement data.  For the purpose of IP protection, access to the repository was set to private. If you would like to see the contents, please feel free to contact Evan directly.

Jon – due to inclement weather, Jon was unable to go into the lab to begin programming the syringe and testing its triggering component. He will begin this process early next week

Anish –  Anish has begun designing the joystick, as shown below. These images are different renditions of the base of the joystick that will be attached to the circuit element.
