Kaitlyn is a senior from Minneapolis, Minnesota, majoring in biomedical engineering. She is interested in virology and medical devices, and currently conducts research in Dr. Michael Vahey’s Lab.
After graduation, Kaitlyn will be working as an Associate Scientist, Analytical R&D at Pfizer in Boston.
Amanda Winkler

Amanda is a senior from Bedford, New York, majoring in biomedical engineering and minoring in American culture studies. She is interested in biomaterials, immunology, and surgical applications and conducts research in Dr. Jai Rudra’s lab.
After graduation, Amanda plans to pursue a master’s degree in mechanical engineering at Washington University.

Missy is a senior from Scottsdale, Arizona, majoring in biomedical engineering and minoring in mathematics and materials science. Her interests lie in biomaterials, tissue engineering, and medical devices.
After graduation, Missy plans to continue her education at Washington University to pursue a Master’s in biomedical engineering.

Evin is a junior from Seattle, Washington and is double majoring in biomedical engineering and computer science. He is interested in biomedical computing, sensors & hardware design, medical devices, computer security, and algorithm research.
This summer, Evin is working at Garmin on embedded hardware and software in cardiac monitoring for consumer smartwatches. After graduation next year, Evin plans to pursue a Ph.D. in Computer Science or Biomedical Engineering.
