Progress was made on both the updated signal conditioning circuit and the breakthrough detection algorithm. We finished constructing the circuit; testing confirmed that it worked as expected. The breakthrough detection algorithm is essentially finished and ready for testing next week. We also continued doing preliminary work for the final paper and presentation.

We continued working on the prototype this week, focusing on the code and circuit. Overall progress is solid. We also started looking ahead to the final report and presentation. This week we conducted more testing of the system. We obtained a number of acrylic squares from Ziang to use as our skull analog. Naasik and Michael met on Monday to determine the major steps for developing the prototype.  Naasik, Michael, and Shivaen met on Wednesday to refine these steps, complete the yellow stickies assignment, and assign each task to a team member to lead.

Michael, Shivaen, and Naasik met briefly over Zoom on Friday to start planning for the semester and schedule weekly meeting times.
