Josh Blodgett is interested in a number of interdisciplinary questions surrounding bacterial small molecule production. These inquiries broadly span the fields of biology, chemistry, and ecology including Chemical Ecology; Biosynthesis, Regulation and Metabolism; Bioengineering and Synthetic Biology; Drug and Agricultural Lead Discovery.
