Oral presentations will be 10 minutes each plus 2 minutes reserve. After each talk, there will be a 3 minutes time slot for Q&A. The presentation has to be prepared in either Powerpoint or PDF format. In the presentation room, we will give a standard Windows PC and a wireless presenter. Please make sure that you hand in your presentation to the session chair before the corresponding session begins. You can bring your presentation on one of the following media: USB Flash Drive or USB Hard Drive. You may also check whether or not your presentation will be presented as you expect (e.g. included video files, fonts, scaling, etc.).
The posters are presented in separated poster sessions. During the poster sessions, we will provide poster walls and fixing material. The posters should be attached to the poster wall before the corresponding poster session begins (directly after registration or during lunch time). The size of the poster should not exceed A0 (84,1 x 118,9 cm) in vertical/portrait orientation, not landscape (cf. example in the picture).
Important: Prior to each poster session, there will be poster introductions. During the introduction, the author will have one minute to present the poster to the audience. Please send your presentation files with no more the 2 slides to firstname.lastname@example.org in either Powerpoint or PDF format before the conference by the 25th of May 2020.
