The Ben-Shahar lab is a collective of individuals at different career stages who pursue independent projects in a collaborative and supportive environment. Members of the group investigate diverse questions related to the genotype-phenotype axis in the context of behavior. To address our research questions, we use diverse experimental approaches that span the genetic, molecular, cellular and organismal levels across the evolutionary, developmental, and physiological timescales.
