The Alberti Program runs during the fall, spring, and summer semesters. Washington University undergraduate and graduate students will participate in the important responsibility of serving as teaching assistants. An Alberti student teacher can serve many roles including teacher, mentor, and big brother/sister.

The fall and spring course runs on Saturday afternoons.  Students must submit an application to the instructor to gain admission to the course. Enrollment limit will be set at zero and students will be enrolled from the waitlist. Students may earn a maximum of 3 credits for this course — 1 credit per semester. Students who want to continue to enroll in this course after earning the maximum allowed credits will be allowed to audit the course for 1 credit. Credits earned for audited courses do not count toward a student’s degree requirements.

The summer session typically runs Monday through Friday through the month of June, and is offered as a paid position to WashU students. For more information, please contact us.
