Our rules, regulations and policies are in place for your safety and to help protect your parking privileges. All vehicles on campus are subject to our parking regulations and each operator is responsible for knowing and abiding by these rules.

These will be enforced at all times, including periods when classes are not in session. If you receive a citation, please review payment options below or submit an appeal.

Violations, Fines, Citations and Appeals

Please be aware of violations that may result in towing, fines, and management of citations and appeals. 

  • Student Citations
    Student parking fines can be paid online, by mail or in person.
  • Employee Citations
    Employee parking fines can be paid online, by mail or in person.
  • Visitor Citations
    Visitor parking fines can be paid online, by mail or in person.
  • Appeal a Parking Citation
    Use this form to submit an appeal to the University Parking Appeals committee within seven days of receiving a violation.

WashU is not responsible for any damage to or theft from vehicles or theft of vehicles parked on university property. This is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner or operator. We encourage you to take all precautions to prevent theft and vehicular damage (close windows, lock doors, park in designated areas only, follow all traffic signs and refrain from keeping valuables in your car or plain view). In the event of a theft or vehicle damage while parked on university property, contact WashU Police at 314-935-5555.
